  • Brúarfoss is just a short walk from the estate. The river and surrounding landscape can also be seen from the living room and private terraces.

  • Waterfall Estate accommodates up to 10 guests across four sleeping spaces, including three private bedrooms and the Hideaway Room where 4 can sleep in bunk beds.

  • Yes. The estate is well suited to families, with generous living spaces, a cinema and bunk room, outdoor areas and access to shared recreational spaces within the gated community.

  • Waterfall Estate is a private residence on a corner plot within a gated community. Guests have exclusive use of the house, private terraces, hot tub, sauna and other private amenities, alongside access to shared recreational spaces.

  • Yes. Its Golden Circle location makes the estate a convenient private base for exploring the Golden circle, Brúarfoss and other attractions across the region while returning to a fully equipped private residence.
