Set within the heart of Iceland’s Golden Circle, Waterfall Estate is a private luxury residence within a gated community, surrounded by raw Icelandic nature. Contemporary architecture, warm natural materials and expansive windows create a seamless connection between the house and its extraordinary surroundings.

Designed for both privacy and shared moments, the estate combines generous living spaces with private decks, a sauna, hot tub and dedicated gym. Just a short walk away lies Brúarfoss, with views towards the falls from the living room and decks.
